The winter version of our site is now only open for parking smaller motorhomes and for overnight tenting for hardy travellers. Water and electricity are out due to winter conditions, and if snow falls, access to the property may be restricted.

The land is unused, so I decided to improve it and offer it to relaxed and respectable travelers. The views of the giants of the Erzgebirge - Klinovec and Fichtelberg - and other hills and towns are breathtaking. On site you will find a hot tub, a swing and a fireplace.

PLEASE PARK ON THE EDGE OF THE PROPERTY ONLY (by the road, or by the blue van and caravan). DO NOT DRIVE YOUR CAR THROUGH THE PROPERTY, THANK YOU.

Just below the bivouac (1 km) are rather bouldering rocks. You can go to the surroundings for bigger climbing, the most famous area is probably Perštejn (25 km from the bivouac), 20 km from the bivouac there are also ferraty in Wolkenstein.

The land is primarily intended for tents or two small Caravelle type vans.

We ask that the caravans remain on the edge of the plot, defined by large stones - a place for car parking.

My parents, who have a border collie, live next to the property and she occasionally manages to escape from the garden. But she doesn't do anything. If by any chance a wolf comes to greet you, he's our canine partner, he's extremely friendly and might check to see if you have anything good somewhere, so hide the food immediately. However, something like this happens once or twice a decade at most...

Nice, clean and well-maintained place, which the owner is constantly developing to the satisfaction of travelers. The facilities and amenities are quite above standard.
