The land is on flat ground, the entrance from the main road is filled with gravel, which strengthens the road, the maximum slope in the length of 5 m is 0.5 m. Since the garden is maintained only by mowing the grass, the terrain is quite firm. It is possible to enquire about the state of the ground before arrival so that the customer is properly familiar with the situation.

Large level plot on the outskirts of the village. Around two sides leads a dirt road where occasionally passes a car. Access without problems even in the rain. Very helpful and friendly owner. We were satisfied and we would love to come back again sometime. Thank you

The land is quiet, spacious and beautifully maintained. The owner is very kind, helpful and accommodating, she made us feel really welcome. We would definitely recommend and would be happy to return.
It was great. Mrs. Martinka was wonderful. She helped and advised us with everything. We could always ask for water.
The only thing that was a little bit annoying is that they were building a house right next door and it was a little bit busy. But in the mornings and evenings there was beautiful peace and beautiful views of the surrounding cellars and Palava.
Large flat garden, quiet at night and a great landlady, we are definitely not the last time.
