A quiet natural meadow near a small town, offering visitors a harmony with nature. It is located outside the populated area. The land is located not far (about 500m) from a large flooded quarry with clear water. A great starting point to the surrounding countryside. Ideal for cycling and hiking. The area lies between three hills Javořice - the highest peak of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands, Čeřínek - a nature park and Křemešník - a pilgrimage site with a miraculous well. Approximately 17km away is the UNESCO-listed town of Telč and the surrounding beautiful and peaceful countryside. Another attraction is the town of Pelhřimov - a town of records and curiosities. A wonderful destination for a bike trip is Roštejn Castle and Pařezité Ponds (swimming), located in the middle of forests and even on the hottest days it is pleasant there. In the nearby Horní Cerekvi ( 1.3 km to the square) there are several grocery stores, two restaurants (Hotel Rustikal delivers pizza), a pharmacy and a gas station. Drinking water can be refilled by arrangement with the owner.

Perfect place for a larger group. Even though the place is close to the road, it offers total privacy as there are really minimal cars driving on the road :) We absolutely recommend it to everyone :) :)

A clean latrine in a private copse will also please. If you like herbs there is also a small herb garden. At the moment it is reigned by a flowering mint.

The meadow itself is perfect, a short walk from the village with a restaurant and a short walk from a beautiful flooded quarry. There is a well on site, of course with non-potable water, but as a wine cooler for example, great. There are lots of trees on the property, including apple trees, so there is definitely some shade even in the hot summer, just more western shade would be nice before bedtime. There's a small fire pit on the property, which you'll need to get wood for. The site is easy to see from the adjacent not very busy road, so we were a little nervous about whether our tent was safe when leaving the site during the day, but nothing was lost. At the same time, the meadow is surrounded by fields, so during harvest time (our case) it was a bit busy and dusty by the evening. The nearby quarry is quite crowded with people and dogs are not allowed to swim in it, however, with a really perfect swim. None of this can be faulted for the meadow itself though, which is immaculate, including a clean bathhouse with a seat and a bed of herbs.
