Greywater (shower, washing) - The possibility of pouring the grey water is about 2 km away petrol pump in the direction of Chotěbor, or as a second option, into a dug (it is necessary to dig and then bury) seepage hole on the edge of the land towards the forest. Chemical toilet - It is not possible to pour chemical toilet. The nearest possibility of pouring chemical toilet is a petrol station about 2 km away in the direction of Chotěbor.
Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weatherThe driveway is paved, passable even in bad weather. In the event of prolonged rainfall, the road is passable with difficulty and in winter the road is unmaintained. In case of problems we can get a tractor or 4x4 to tow it away.
Restriction of the access road
The driveway does not have a bottleneck except for the entrance to the lot, which however has a great opportunity to get overrun. The road is unfortunately in worse condition after winter logging (need to drive carefully). Branches have been cut along the road.
cycling
There are countless forest trails for mountain biking in the surroundings. On a road bike you can find swimming in the Chotěborská dam, or a ride around the area and more.
climbing
Not far from the property are smaller rocks in the Doubravka River Valley or Koukalky just outside Chotěboří. Rather smaller climbing, but nice.
hiking
Along the Doubrava river valley from Chotěbor to Bílek and back by train. Another option is the whole trip only in the Doubrava River Valley, one side to Sokolohrad and the other side of the river back. For other beautiful routes see the tourist signs :-).
horses
There is a horse paddock on the property and the surrounding area invites you to go for a ride. Something more could certainly be arranged for the horses.
Other activities
For hardy people, a quick swim directly in the Doubrava River. In summer, the best activity within easy reach of the property.
No fire outside the designated area. The garden is located in close proximity to the border of the protected landscape area.
