We were happy on the property. Everything in the description corresponded. The bonus was the possibility of refreshments and something to eat right on the property and the bike path right at the gate. The owners were friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back and we thank the owners.

A nice, quiet town. By bike accessible Mikulov, Lednice, Valtice, Zaječí, etc. The place is locked and very friendly operators.

1. A flat grassy area with about 5 electricity connections (which I rate positively) surrounded by poorly attached flapping green fabric (not very aesthetic, but privacy purpose fulfilled).
2. The property is fenced with a lockable gate, which was great.
3. Sanitary facilities absolutely adequate for modest users (2 clean flush toilets, 2 utility sinks, paper towels and liquid soap available, 2 solar showers and drinking water hoses). Satisfactory for us, although there is certainly room for improvement (e.g. gardening tools behind the toilet, etc.).
3. There may be a few more campers on the property than just the 3 "families" across Bezkempa.
4. There is a refreshment stand right on the property where there may be a gathering of cyclists in the afternoon, but it didn't end up bothering us as we were out all day and into the evening.
5. There is a swing and slide as a bonus for very young children.
6. Communication with the owners good.
7. You can go for a walk around the ponds and rivers, in which you can observe nutria up close.
8. The stay on this property was fit for purpose, apart from the first day we basically just slept in a tent and had breakfast there.
