What can a stay in our garden offer you? Swimming, mushroom picking, trips to the countryside or to the water, you can experience it with us. Ideal also for boaters.Our garden offers absolute privacy. It is located on the outskirts of the town, with direct access to the Otava River, which flows just outside the fence. The 1800 metre garden will offer you peace and quiet and the assurance that no one will disturb you. Perhaps occasionally the neighbour's cat. The train station is 300 metres away and bus stops from where you can go to central Sumava are 250 metres away. There is a well on the plot and the possibility of connection to electricity. We normally use the water in the well for drinking, but for rental purposes I can only provide it as utility water. You can dispose of grey water at a designated location on the property if you use environmentally friendly cleaning products (I will show when you are shown the property). There is no waste on the property, this is to be expected. You can use our fire pit or smokehouse. Beautiful views of the surrounding woods. From the train station you can go on trips around the area, for example to Rabí castle it is only one train stop. Sušice is said to be the main gateway to Sumava. You can take the bus and cycle bus to central Sumava from the nearby bus stop and get rid of the hassle of parking. The town centre is about 2 kilometres away.
We are able to provide more pitches on the property for a caravan or motorhome if it is a friendly group of campers without campers, in order to preserve the privacy of visitors. We will give you a 15 percent discount on a second or additional camper.

If you want to go out on the water, I recommend booking a boat from one of the rental companies in Susice, which are about 150 - 300 meters away from the garden (we can help you choose a rental company).
If you love fishing, the trout pond just behind the garden will satisfy you.
In the surroundings it is possible to practice all possible sports, in summer mainly boating, cycling, roller skating, paragliding, rope centre and in winter cross-country skiing, snowshoeing.
