It is a grouping of several plots of about 3200 m2. Part of it is a well-kept garden, the rest is an orchard of mostly apple trees and thorns. Access is possible through two gates. For a private car through a locking gate, parking under the apple trees about 20m from the cottage. The second gate is not lockable (only secured by a chain), it allows access with a caravan, a maringot, below on the second plot it is possible to park by a large cherry tree (a little below the cottage). In the garden there is a caddy and facilities in the garden hut, including barbecue equipment (grill, utensils, cutlery, knives, plates, benches, etc.). Wood is also available. Rainwater is available, in two 1000l tanks. There is also one el. There is one socket for charging the phone. A large part of the garden is enclosed by a wall formed from the neighbouring row of garages (the socket mentioned above is on this wall - from the neighbour's garage). In spring and summer, together with the leafy greenery, it forms absolute privacy, preventing the view of the neighbouring gardens and houses, and vice versa - the view of the neighbours' garden. These spaces are also suitable for nudists or naturists. There is also a deep cellar on the property, mostly with apples. It is also possible to use this space as a reliable fridge. Drinks are always guaranteed to be properly chilled. Of course, it is possible to take advantage of all the fruits that the gardens offer in a given season. We grow almost everything. You can refresh yourself with fresh raspberries, blackberries, currants, cherries, pears, apples, plums, apricots and who knows what else will grow in the beds. Some vegetables for sure :D.Napajedla belongs to relatively dry locations, so there are not many mosquitoes on the land. However, just outside Napajedla there are large areas of water mostly after gravel extraction. It is therefore ideal to spend the day by the water and enjoy the shady surroundings of our gardens in the evening. We look forward to your visit!

Quiet place, no water or electricity. Perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Peace, quiet and plenty of space. A great fire pit with benches and privacy! :-) Oh, and dogs are no problem.

Communication with the landlord excellent.
The grass was taller on some parts of the property. It was unpleasant that the land designated for camping purposes is not separated from the neighbour's plot and it is not obvious (without agreement) where the tent can be erected and where not.

I thought long and hard about what grade to give. It's really enough for a sleepover. But since I've been through more, I can't give as much as some of the others. The property may have been larger at one time and really offered a lot of privacy. However, now you can practically see several neighbors all the way to the kitchen and with the new construction that is not yet occupied but will be someday, it actually loses its purpose in my opinion. Plus the neighbours, even though they don't say anything, obviously don't like the fact that they have strangers camping out under their windows all the time. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'd give more for the effort, but there needs to be a bit of a gradation here. It's impossible to give everyone a full score.

The place was nice, the location super. The owner communicated well. The only thing we missed was water and electricity to charge the mobile. But we were only there for one night, so it didn't bother us much.

The stay at the property was enjoyable, the experience matching the set price. There are many grilling utensils in the cabin, but I did not use them. The neighborhood is quiet, I was alone on the property the entire time. The downside might be the rather tall grass, but with full shoes you don't even notice it. During my stay the mentioned socket didn't work, so better not to rely on it.
