The land is flat and fenced with a size of 6000 m2. At a distance of 200 meters through the forest is the Rozkoš dam. This bank of the dam will be more suitable for fishermen. A good place for swimming is located at the dividing dam or directly on it. It is about 1 km away from the property. I recommend to take a look at it. Newly built bike path , walking path circuit around Rozkoše on the border of the plot , playground 50 meters away. Fishing spots for fishermen 200 m. On the plot there is drinking water from the municipal water supply system, solar shower, chemical toilet urinal, gray water sink and chemical toilet sink , all located at the entrance gate to the plot. There are also 6 electrical switchboards on the property with a total of 14 classic 230V sockets, which you can connect to with your caravan , motorhome and of course they are also used for tents. We don't have bins directly on the property, but if you need to dump waste at home, just call me , we live next door. The bins are at the beginning of the village.
Near the property there are many tourist attractions such as Ratibořice, Zoopark Česká Skalice, castle in Náchod and Nové Město nad Metují. Refreshments with pleasant seating are located in the village of Šeřeč about 800 meters. Then the restaurant Rozkoš at the end of the cycle path towards Česká Skalice about 1.5 km. Summer cinema and disco screening about 1.5 km along the cycle path in the Rozkoš campsite, there are also refreshment stands and hot showers for a fee. Do navigation Kleny 56 and right next to it there is an unlocked gate with Bezkempu signs.
You can open the gate yourself and then just drive onto the property and find the place where you are most comfortable. The best camping spots are at the back on the right hand side of the property opposite the caravan that is parked there for a long time.
