The land is grassy and quiet place. Huge advantage is that it is a short walk to the castle Kachina.

The property is exactly as the owner and previous visitors wrote. We chose it because of its close location to the castle Kačina (300 m across the field and then about 1 km along a nice path through the forest). If more of the land was mowed it would have been better.

On the plot there is a beautiful willow tree, which also creates a pleasant shade on hot days. Unfortunately, this is the only thing we can evaluate positively about this place. On arrival we found out that the owner was abroad, the electricity was not working-fortunately after a phone call within a few hours she arranged for a remedy, the unmown land-the next day at least mowed the path to the dry toilet, dog excrement on the property and a fireplace with seating in a very unkempt state located somewhere
behind the owner's house. The water from the well was yellowish, so we preferred to buy bottled.pzn. the land is near Čáslav so fighter jets fly over your heads.

It's not relaxing at the castle Kačina. The castle is 4km away. It is meadow only available, we did not try the drinking water after the owner warned us that it was red and had too much iron, electricity is available and we had peace of mind all the time. Still, we found the price (810Kč/day) quite high for so little.
