Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weatherThe entire route after turning off the main road is a good quality but narrow asphalt road that ends at our property. If you meet a vehicle, stop. The locals know where to back out to avoid. You can see min 100m in front of the vehicle except for one bend which is just before the settlement. There are no branches along the road to scratch your mobile home. We have two parking spaces for your motorhome. One is along the hedge, as soon as you arrive you can fit a caravan plugged in behind. The second space is when you back up to the fence behind the chapel for electricity when you arrive. It is out of season from November to the end of March . When there is snow the road is only passable with off road.

There are challenging hilly routes for fit cyclists in the Blanský Forest area. For the less fit, electric bikes are suitable. I can recommend a trip to Č. Krumlov and back about 40km. Another route is to Lipno Lake, in Černá v Pošumaví take the train to Kájova, then continue by bike. The length of the route is 65km. The route goes through the military convoy Boletice and it is open to cyclists only on weekends. You can go swimming at the Ktišský pond, which is only 2 km away. We are cyclists, we will be happy to advise you.

There are two fishing grounds within 3km. Ktišský pond is stocked with carp from 40 cm to 80 cm, tench, grass carp, perch, perch. Also Dolákovo pond which is nearby costs Povolenka as well. I will arrange the permits by phone.
