The owner allowed us to make a fire pit for our barbecues (using rocks from the adjacent stream). We couldn't hear anything from the road, the night was quiet. We really liked it there, we combined it with a visit to the nearby May viewpoint. Thank you!
We only used it for one night. The locals kept coming to warn us that we were not supposed to be there, that we were on private property. When called, the owner confirmed that we were in the right place and even recommended a place where we could build a fire. Quiet at night, a herd of deer nearby in the morning.
