Placek on the border of the protected landscape area - Stružnice

The land is located in the middle between the Protected Landscape Area Labské sandstones and the Protected Landscape Area Kokořínsko Mácha Region, on the edge of the monorail line, where local trains with two cars run at intervals of about half an hour. Trains do not run at night. The land is on the edge of the local road, where someone passes only rarely (one car per hour). Otherwise, there are only meadows and one farm in the vicinity. A really nice romantic place. You stop just off the road at a bend. If you face the entrance towards the track, you have ideal privacy. There is also a minimally used bike path along the way, of which there are many in the area, so great for cyclists. The train station is about 1500 meters away, from there you can go on all sorts of excursions. For example, Ještěd, Doxy on the other side of Decin, Hřensko. There is a lot to do. Ideal connection to nearby hiking trails. Who likes boating or fishing, the land is about 300 meters from the river Ploučnice.The land is mowed max 2x a year, but it should not be a problem.
