Camp wild in Relax in a maringot at the straw house, in the natural garden, in the meadow above the pond

Hi guys, come and get away from the city in our maringotka with an annex (a 36m2 luxury apartment where we lived for five years). It is insulated with straw bales and sheep wool and partly plastered with clay plasters.
You can just sleep here and go on trips, or stop on site and treat yourself and the kids to lots of adventure in the surrounding mixed woods and working in the countryside. In the garden, with the animals... collecting eggs, feeding, fetching water... You can also indulge in physical exertion in the form of chopping, raking, splitting wood.
* We have a large natural garden which is part of a hectare meadow, dogs, cats... We have been creating everything that is here on the green meadow above the pond since 2010.
* We live ourselves in a straw house with clay plaster that we built here.
* Woods, meadows, fields, pastures with cows around, river 20 minutes away, lots of quarries to swim in.
* Tourist destinations such as Košumberk Castle, Nové Hrady Castle, Toulovecy maštale, Litomyšl, Polička, Chrudim... All within 25 km. Vysočina and Žďár Hills on one side, Polabská lowland on the other, Iron Mountains on the third and directly behind the former fortress Rabouň.
* In winter 25 km to cross-country skiing trails in the Highlands, family ski lifts in Hlinsko and Svratka.
* The space for you includes a walled maringotka:
maringotka: bedroom = airport single bed, 2 desks and a lot of storage space.

= kitchen-living room with sofa bed for two, stove and cooker (gas and electric), basic kitchen equipment and basic ingredients
= bathroom with sink, fridge, shower and washing machine

The road is passable all year round, on the flat after the gate it is necessary not to slow down and go up to the top of the two. If you slow down before the top and fail to get off, please back off and go again. Otherwise, you'll rake the road.Ignore our dogs and just keep going. They're smart enough not to get run over.In snow or ice, it's up to you. There are only a few days a year when it's better to park down and go up. It's just a hill, and unless you shovel it or shovel it yourself, you don't go up. (it's even better to ride down on sleds and bobsleds;)

There is a cycling trail passing directly through the village, it connects to the Toulovec Maštaly trails, the closest nature park is the Krounka and Novohradka valley, the Borůvka lookout tower...

On the Krounka Valley and Novohradka Valley route there is a possibility (approx. 4 km), near Borová there is a possibility (approx. 14 km).

Cross-country skiing is also possible on pastures in good conditions, 25 km are groomed trails from Hlinsko and Svratka. Family ski slopes Hlinsko (20 km) and Svratka (22 km).

water sports

The nearest is in the Krounka River, approx. 20 min walk, 8 km natural swimming pool Renospond, 8 km traditional swimming pool Skuteč, in the surroundings within 10 km a number of quarries suitable for swimming.

For children, there is plenty to do in the forest, in the meadow and around the animals. On site slide and trampoline. 1 km nearest playground.

500 m to the nearest red road, Nature Park of the Krounka and Novohradka Valley, 4 km Luže, Košumberk Castle, arboretum of Hamza's hospital, Toulovec's stables, a number of lookout towers, rococo castle Nové Hrady, nature trail quarries near Skutec (8 km).

In winter, in good frost, the possibility of skating directly on the pond.

Je možné domluvit lesní finskou saunu, ke které dojdete buď cestou necestou nebo dojedete autem, ca 5 km kolem kopce. Sauna vytápěná dřevem v malebném údolí, zchlazovací bazének sice s nízkou hladinou, ale zato s trvale protékající pramenitou vodou. Kouzelné místo a kouzelný zážitek.

Other activities

The beautiful historical towns of Litomyšl (UNESCO), Polička, Vysoké Mýto, Chrudim and Choceň are within 25 km. The owners are engaged in music therapy and the production of shamanic and other drums - it is possible to make your own by appointment.It is possible to participate in traditional rural work - collecting and drying herbs, hoeing, weeding, mulching beds, collecting and preserving crops, feeding and watering animals, collecting eggs... Oh, and chopping wood for those who are still sitting at the computer;)

Absolutely great, we didn't miss anything at all. Absolutely wonderfully socialized animals, a cat, kittens and dogs that kept us company on occasion. Lots of places to explore in the area. Living in a cozy cabin, you can watch the sun set over the forest from the couch. And it's a really good place to sleep. Excellent coffee and eggs from the landlady's hens. And delicious apples and tomatoes from the garden.
