drinking water - Drinking water is located in the rear of the connection box above the chemical toilet and grey water sink. Water is released inside the junction box upon receipt of the lock number code. 
electricity - Standard 4 x 230V sockets protected by 6A circuit breakers are located inside the connection box. They can be accessed by obtaining a numerical lock code. A 25 m long cable is sufficient for connection throughout the property.

Greywater (shower, washing) - Behind the connection box there is a grey water sink, which is connected to the municipal sewerage system terminated by a sewage treatment plant. There is a water source with a hose at the sink.

Nearby are the ponds Šísary and Velký Bílovec, suitable especially for fishing. To the southwest of the town, behind Podivín, there is the Natural Park Niva Dyje and the Lednice-Valtice area, further to the west the Pálava Protected Landscape Area and the Nové Mlýny Waterworks.
