There is 1 separate reservation available on this meadow (However, it is possible to extend it up to 3 reservations by agreement if you are travelling with friends with several caravans or motorhomes, for example).
In addition, we have 2 beautiful separate meadows about 100m apart.
The land has an area of approx 3000m2 and therefore provides plenty of space. There are 2 fire pits on the property, it is up to you which one you use. A woodpile where everyone can take firewood for free.As much as they use. In the woodshed there are also forks for roasting, an axe and some bits and bobs for entertaining.
A dry toilet, where there is a separating ecological toilet. In the desk drawer there is also a lighter, an eco lighter, kindling paper and a wooden cutting board for cutting anything.
From 2 to 30 km there are interesting places for unusual trips and experiences such as Kost Castle, Humprecht Castle, ruins of Valečov Castle, Dětenice Castle, Staré Hrady Castle and Chateau, Drábské světničky rock castle, Plakánek Valley, Jicin fairy-tale town, Prachovské skály, Trosky Castle, etc. In the photo gallery you can find over 40 tips for a trip...
There is a road next to this property, but it is not particularly busy.

There is 1 separate reservation on the property, so that you do not share the property with other guests, but it is possible to extend it to 3 if you are travelling with friends with several caravans or motorhomes. If you have visitors during your stay, it's ok. But if they stay overnight, it's up to you to make a new reservation. You should always contact the owner about anything and ask to extend the booking.
If your reservation ends at 12:00 that day, then it is really important to leave the property at that point. As other guests may arrive right after you.
Guests who have paid for a plot just for themselves do not want to share someone else's car until the evening.
If you still want to make a trip (on foot or by bike) on the day your reservation ends by 12:00 and you know you would not make it back, the weather is fine and you want to stay another afternoon or evening, but not overnight. Then it is possible to re-park the car, caravan or motorhome by telephone agreement about 200m from the owner for a fee. Parking up to 4 hours after 12 noon is 30 CZK, parking more than 4 hours after 12 noon but no longer than midnight is 50 CZK.
The town of Dolni Bousov collects a fee from the stay.
The rate of the fee is 30 CZK for each day of stay, except for the day of its beginning.
The fee is already included in the price per person.
New fruit trees and nut bushes have been planted on the property, so that in time they may bear fruit for you. Please try not to damage anything.
There is a newly created pond in the meadow which is approximately 2m deep at its deepest point. Over the summer, it will probably be

Beautifully maintained flat meadow perfect for football, clean toilet, fire pit and ready wood, peace and quiet :) Super communication with the owner. It was hard to leave here.
Beautiful sunny, quite quiet but not dead quiet place. We could hear the campers in the distance, which we thought was funny and not bothersome. The centre of Bousov is lovely, equipped with a shop, cafe, bakery and patisserie. Distance is about 1400 m. Plenty of room for one reservation. The owner is friendly and helpful. The land is beautiful and clean. We really had a great rest. There is a beautiful cycle path through the Bohemian Paradise, I recommend to take the bikes with you
