We spent most of our time actively hiking, but evenings and mornings at the caravan had their own charm - outdoor cooking, peace and quiet and clean air.
The host was very helpful and accommodating, which we appreciated very much. Toilet facilities were available in a nearby cottage, including a kitchenette, which is a big plus. There was also a latrine, which we also made use of.
We can in good conscience recommend the site to anyone looking for a simple and peaceful camping experience in beautiful countryside with welcoming facilities.
