Land in a good location a few meters from the Elbe. Trees give the necessary shade. The pier was fine when refreshing in the river.
Poor orientation when looking for the land, not clear which land is the owner's. According to the photos of the land, the lot was overgrown, we camped right next to it.

The grass hasn't been cut. The owner apologised that this had not happened due to the rain, but it had not been cut on other sunny days. So, when we didn't want to move in the middle of our stay because of VIP visitors, the only area that could be used was right by the road where the grass was a little shorter.
We were bothered by mosquitoes. There is a path that runs through the property that is used by dog walkers, cyclists, and joggers. The driveway is pretty potholed. A pier provides access to the water.
We won't be back although one sunset was breathtaking.

The land is flat, the owner cut out part of the bank for us to fish because we were on the "Habitat 1" part of the property. For fishermen, "Habitat 2" is better. For those who don't fish a great neighborhood for hikers and bikers.
