Nice well maintained property with everything we needed. Perfect agreement with the owner. For fishing fine.
The place has great potential, but there is a lot to improve. Unfortunately we did not get what was described in the base because the owner simply does not take care of the land. There is a lot to do, but if you have no demands - it is a fine site. The owner was nice and accommodating, the arrangement was fantastic. We paid to be on the property ourselves and we defacto were, but there is a cottage next door that is also rented out and so nonstop someone was constantly walking by so you could hardly even hose off in the dark because there was a bunch of fishermen incl. whole families and either there were children running around with flashlights or during the day, they did not keep an eye on the dog that visited us without their knowledge (we had our own and so it was not very pleasant when a strange dog runs into your tent) and the access to the water directly from this property was after the ladder ,,painful" even with bathing shoes that had soles - definitely not suitable for children and the next ,the "beach" with access to the water despite being public was NONSTOP taken by fishermen (rods) and at the idea of a hook in the back we did not dare to go there to even look, because it would be no use, the fishermen with the rods there for X days NONSTOP made it clear that they have it taken there.
General satisfaction. Helpful owner. If I were a fisherman, I would give it full marks.
But for an overnight stay, higher price for tent and electricity.
