Ancient Simonik's Drying Plant in Wallachia

Only reservations for two nights or more are possible. Payment is per property land. Max 10 persons inside the drying room.

There is a pond at the top of the property where we are currently building a new facility. We may be there at the time of your booking - however, this will not restrict your stay in the drying room or access to the pond.

The ancient Simonik's drying kiln is located in the picturesque landscape of the White Carpathians, on the outskirts of the village of Vlachovice (Zlín region). If you are looking for a place in the countryside, with a breathtaking view, for relaxation and rest, you have come to the right place. There is nothing here at all, but godlike peace.

Whether you are planning a romance for two, a weekend with the kids or a party with friends, this place will not disappoint you.

The capacity of the drying room for overnight stays is approx. 6-7 people (4 people can sleep in the attic, 2-3 people on the ground floor - both floors equipped with quality mattresses to measure. Please bring your own sleeping bags.

There is a dry toilet and an outdoor sink with drinking water on the property. !!!!No shower!!!!

There is electricity and lighting in the drying room. You can charge your mobile phone, boil water for tea in the kettle or make coffee in the coffee machine. The drying room also has a small fridge-freezer, a single-plate cooker.

For cold days, there is a gas radiator in the drying room to keep warm. The drying room equipment includes glasses, cups, plates, cutlery and knives. Outside, there is a fire pit/grill and outdoor seating under the walnut tree. You will also find a swing under a century-old linden tree. You can use the cast-iron pot for a barbecue and cook, for example, a goulash. There is also a pleasant seating area inside.

The surrounding land has an area of approx. 1,000 metres and serves as an orchard - apples, plums, blackberries - offer yourself. On the land there is a small pond with carp, tench, sturgeon and more. Please do not feed our fish or swim in the water.

From the drying house you can take trips to the surroundings - Luhačovice spa, lookout towers, castles, cycling, hiking.

The drying plant is in a remote location, above the village. Parking is available 150 metres from the drying plant. If you have a car suitable for off-road, you can drive through the meadow on a dirt road practically to the drying plant.
