Very quietly located and lovingly designed property with individual care. Catering is also provided. We were served a delicious breakfast. Very cordial contact with the landlady. A recommendation for lovers of natural gardens.

The land met or exceeded our expectations. The advantage is the facilities: you can take shelter from the rain in the barn or on the covered stage, where tables are available, so you can eat comfortably. We were able to use the fully equipped outdoor kitchen and, within reason, the fridge. We also bought snacks at this place several times (good beer, excellent homemade soup). Although there is a snack bar and accommodation (once in bad weather we used the sleeping under the roof), the place is very quiet. Occasionally someone stops by, but mostly it's either just the owners or no one in the garden. The owners live in an adjacent house, so of course you have to count on not being alone. However, you can also pitch a tent at the back of the property, where there is almost complete privacy (and also a rougher surface, as we found out after the fact). The only thing missing to perfection is an outdoor shower (you can use an indoor one for 50 CZK, though).
There aren't many walking options right near the property, but for car or bike trips it's a very good starting point.
