Staying in the house counts as a tent. The house is old but clean. Socket and light works definitely at least one. Fridge works. Kitchen drains slowly. The toilet flushes with water from a bucket. The solar shower is outside and the house equipment is basic. Who doesn't mind this..... "Simply Paradise" is in a wonderful, quiet location on a hill, surrounded by a meadow, a small pond and a forest (beech, birch, pine). Strawberries, blueberries, mushrooms, deer, rabbits ..... Who likes solitude, birds singing, frogs croaking, fresh air, fire, stars ... welcome to "Simply Paradise"

- Water is utilitarian from its own well, potable after boiling preferably drinking water with you (In Mali Svatoňovice there is a healing well 3 km)
Water for washing dishes flows, but drains very slowly. For convenience, we recommend taking paper or plastic trays and cups and using the outdoor grill or washing dishes in the spout that is provided. Basic utensils are also provided (pot, pan, cutlery, cups, glasses, cooker, can opener, etc.).
It depends on how much you want to cook.

The property is easy to access even in bad weather
The land is accessible from Velke Svatoňovice or from Batňovice around the Batňovice pond. The navigation sometimes shows the access from Kvíčala (Úpice), but it is impassable In rainy weather it is not possible to drive up to the house. You have to park down by the pond (80 m)

Quiet secluded location providing plenty of privacy. We do not regret our stay despite the bad weather that unfortunately caught us. Excellent communication with the helpful owner. Unpretentious accommodation providing all the basic amenities.
Everything on the property is old but functional. The owner is kind, friendly, helpful. You can not expect luxury, but everything that was written was fulfilled

Romantic place in the hillside, picturesque house, practical gazebo. Communication with the owner smooth and timely. Only a small part of the road is passable after rain for a normal car, otherwise it is possible to park at the forest path. Some items of equipment slightly questionable (sagging bench in gazebo, tools in path to bedroom of cottage) but these were minor. Thank you.
Solitude in the middle of nature. Don't expect luxury, but facilities with shower, toilet and bed under a safe roof. I was perfectly happy. The stay fulfilled everything I expected. The lady was very accommodating and was on the phone to see if there was anything I needed.
