Our apidomek is a small cottage that stands on the edge of the forest overlooking the meadow and further into the countryside. It is away from other dwellings, so there will be nothing to disturb you and it will be just you, the bees and the forest animals that inhabit the surroundings.

Apidomek is technically an apiary that is adapted to cohabit with bees. Everything is there for you to be comfortable but not disturbed. (Don't expect electricity or wifi here.) The apidomek has a kitchenette equipped with a gas stove and basic cookware.

There are three bee colonies in the apidomek, but they are in hives and still in an insulated box, so you don't have to worry about them getting in. Nor will they pose any threat to the surrounding area if you follow certain rules.

The bees are placed in the apidomek from about the end of May to the end of September. Then they are placed in their winter habitat. But even without bees, a stay in the apidomek is a very pleasant experience.

The apidomek is designed for two people. The price per person per night is 500 CZK. Bed linen, bedding are included in the price. Suitable for adults only.

Pleasant location on the edge of the forest with nice views of the meadows around. The silence at night is really great, you can just hear the leaves in the branches and the quiet hum of the bees. Plus the smell of honey, propolis and wood... It was really fantastic to fall asleep. The owner is very helpful, he explained everything about the bees and apidomek, he even brought an extra canister of water because it was a really hot day. And I have to praise the camping shower, which was exactly what I needed after a hike in the heat. I definitely recommend it, it was a unique experience.
