The place is located in the village of Hluboké in the Highlands (8km from Velká Bíteš - exit from the D1 motorway). It is an ideal place to relax and as a starting point for trips. There are many cycling routes, castles, dams, trails or beautiful restaurants in the surroundings. We have prepared a book full of inspiration on where to go - whether by car, bike or on foot, with detailed descriptions, GPS coordinates and a map with checkpoints.
Each place you can park is numbered and spacious enough for everyone to have their own privacy and choose exactly what they need. A short walk (100m) from the site is St James's Brewery where you can have a great meal, drink and use the free toilet. We also have our own new dry toilet on the property.
There is the possibility to build a fire on the property - you will find wood under the chicken coop freely available. In the chicken coop you will also find other necessities. You can relax in the large hammocks, sit by the open fire or just lie down in the grass. It is the perfect place for families, couples or even individuals. There is something for everyone.

Where do the property ratings come from?
Land on the edge of a small village a short walk from the brewery. Fireplace, plenty of wood, dry toilet. No drinking water, but we didn't mind. We'll come again.

The land is grassy, in the upper part of the three sloping. In the lower part there may be a problem with waterlogging during more intense rains. During our visit the land was ready, everything as described. Communication with the landowner(s) was quick and factual. The bonus of the land is a beautiful brewery with a decent kitchen and good beer. Access to the land is on an asphalt road, so no problems.
