It is smaller, but a perfect starting point for cycling through Slovácko on wine trails, along the Morava River or even to Slovakia. The nearby or wider surroundings of Lusatia offer countless hiking destinations for active and relaxing recreation. In the immediate vicinity of the garden you have the possibility of swimming or fishing in the natural area. The local winemakers will be happy to invite you to their cellar and you can get bourbon at the right time of year right in Lusice. In the season, you can take a relaxing walk to the wine stand right in the vineyards by the cycle path towards Mikulčice, and you can buy locally produced cheese from Mr. Cheesy or crackling and smoked meat from the local butcher Žůrka. Your children will have fun in the park near Vrchnice. The Podlužácké feast, wine harvest, sitting with bourbon are just a few of the events to which the local chasa will be happy to invite you. Our garden is slowly recovering after the tornado, when almost nothing was left on the property, so we are slowly fine-tuning some things. By staying at František's garden you will contribute to its further development, because one night with us is one new fruit tree planted.
The garden is smaller, about 400 m2, it is entirely fenced, surrounded by neighboring gardens with cottages and vineyards and the entrance to it is through a locked gate from the dirt road. There is a track across another strip of gardens down below the mound. The track is not adjacent to the allotments, but some might mind. The surface of the allotment is natural herbage - meadow, which is mown as required so that the plot is not a desert, but it is not an English lawn :)

toilet
- The chemical toilet is in the bathhouse. It is necessary to use special toilet paper and biodegradable refills. The waste tank must be removed before the end of your stay or after 3 days for longer stays and taken off site and emptied. In the tank we use mainly organic degradable products - it is therefore possible to pour them into the toilet, e.g. at a petrol station. The product and paper are available in the bathhouse, you can refill and top up the water tank with water from the well. Please do not throw cooked food on the compost heap.

- The water in the well is only utility water, not for drinking or cooking. Please be careful not to let the water fall down the well:) In the canister you will have fresh drinking water ready as a base, more you can provide yourself.
When washing dishes, use only eco products (eco jar, soap). This used grey water can then be poured on the compost heap next to the tub or on the flower bed.

- There is a stainless steel washing area and a utility water well that you draw yourself. Use only eco-washing products and you can water your tree or flower bed with this used water.

Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
From the tarmac path you will continue for about 25O metres along a path strewn with crushed rubble , followed by about 15O metres of sandy dirt track between fences to a gate.
Restriction of the access road
The narrowest point of the driveway is 330 cm, a crane and a truck passed through, the gate is 370 cm wide, there is a distance of 400 cm from the neighbouring fence. There is a sharper entrance angle, it is better to back up. It is also possible to drive 50 m and turn around and come from the opposite side. Here the narrowest part of the road is 2.7 cm.

Countless cycle paths through Slovácko and the whole of South Moravia, connections with the Lednice-Valtice area, Slovakia and along the Morava and Bata Canal you can reach Olomouc. You can find bicycle service in nearby Hodonín.
fishing
Directly in Lusice, a six-minute drive from the garden is the union water - Lusatian Aluminium. It is also possible to fish on other very nearby fishing grounds of the Morava River, Kyjovka (1 km). Purchase a guest permit in MRS - MO Hodonín. Commercial fishing: pond Kelčany, fishing on holes - ponds Rohatec Soboňky.

Natural swimming pool with refreshments directly in Lusice, 15 minutes on foot. In nearby Hodonin there is the Hodonin Day Spa, a nice summer swimming pool and an indoor pool. Swimming is also offered by the Morava River or the surrounding gravel pits.

hiking
Throw the pack on your back and go in the direction you want, in the Lusatian area it's almost always on the flat! If you want to go up into the hills, you can take the train directly from Lusatia station to Palava, the White Carpathians or the mysterious Chřiby.
At the right time of year, the local forests offer interesting mushroom picking experiences, and the warm South Moravian forests hide many mycological uniquenesses.

Fine garden with facilities, nice dealings with the owners, close to the Lůžák pond (and bistro), the train that came through didn't disturb anything.
We left early. Wrong entrance, not seeded and trains are running next door. We preferred to sleep elsewhere.
We were satisfied, everything was as described. The plot is quite small, more for smaller motorhomes and trailers with less crew. Having your own toilet is a huge advantage- you don't have to export the one that is on the property. The neighbors are fine.
