The "Offgrid" Bouda u Františka in the sunny garden near the vineyards is at your disposal. Please book the hut in time , i.e. at least 48 hours in advance so that we can hand it over, we do not live in Lusatia. Enjoy this year's wine or spirits tasting in the heart of the wine scene:)
Our hut provides overnight accommodation and basic facilities in case of bad weather or when it is already cold in the evening. In the hut you will find a double bunk bed, the lower bed (120x200 cm) is designed for two and the upper bed (90x200 cm) for one overnight guest. If there are more of you, the plot of about 400 m2 offers the possibility of erecting a tent or trailer. Seating is available both inside the hut and outside. The hut is not heated, please bring your own bedding (sleeping bag, pillow, duvet) and choose the type according to the season. Only sheets on mattresses are available. There is no electricity, so we recommend taking a torch, led lights are available. You can warm up by the fireplace or perhaps on your bike: Lusatia is the perfect starting point for cycling in Slovácko and its wine trails, along the Morava River or even to Slovakia. Nearby or further afield, Lusatia offers countless hiking destinations for active and relaxing recreation. In the immediate vicinity of the garden you have the possibility of swimming or fishing in the natural area. Local winemakers will be happy to invite you to their cellar and you can get bourbon at the right time of year directly from the neighbours. In the season, you can take a relaxing walk to the wine stall right in Lužice by the cycle path towards Mikulčice, and you can buy locally produced cheeses from Mr. Cheesy or crackling and smoked sausages from the local butcher Žůrka. Your children will have fun in the park near Vrchnice. The Podlužácké feast, wine harvest, sitting with bourbon are just a few of the events to which the local chasa will be happy to invite you. Our garden is gradually recovering after the tornado, when almost nothing was left on the property, so we are slowly fine-tuning some things for you. You can also find fragrant herbs in a bed in Franz's garden and you can use them as a bio-bonus:) The shed is lockable and the garden is fenced, surrounded by neighboring gardens with cottages and vineyards and the entrance to the property is a code gate from the dirt road. toilet - The chemical toilet is in the bathhouse. It is necessary to use special toilet paper and biodegradable refills. The waste tank must be removed before the end of your stay or after 3 days for longer stays and taken off the property and emptied. In the tank we use only organic degradable products - it is therefore possible to pour them into the toilet, e.g. at the gas station Monádo Lužice. The preparation is available in the bathhouse, you can refill and top up the water tank with water from the well. Please do not throw cooked food on the compost heap.

drinking water - The water in the well is only utility water, not for drinking or cooking. Please be careful not to let the water fall down the well:) In the canister you will have fresh drinking water ready as a base, more you can provide yourself. In the vicinity there is a well U Kohůtku with a spring of artesian drinking water from a depth of 150 meters. When washing dishes, use only eco products (eco jar, soap). You can then pour this used grey water on the compost heap next to the bathhouse.

Directly in Lusice, 5 minutes by car from the garden is the union water - Lusatian aluminium. It is also possible to fish on other very nearby fishing grounds of the Morava River, Kyjovka (1 km).
