A little paradise on earth:stay away from civilization!
Do you need to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the exhaustion of work, the burnout of life, just to relax and calm down from the pressures of today?
We offer you a stay in a cottage in the foothills of the Sumava forests. But beware! There is no electricity here (light can only be conjured by solar batteries), so you can't charge your mobile phone here.
Drinking water is in barrels, water for showering is heated by the sun(who does not want to shower, use a small tub inside the cottage). We have a natural fridge in the ground. You can use 33 acres. fenced area. In the adjacent orchard you can pick apples, pears and plums, but also blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, currants or gooseberries. There is also a small field of potatoes that you can dig yourself and have for lunch. There is also an herb garden.
The cottage has a bed measuring 4m×1.8m. It can comfortably sleep 4 adults, but children and small people can fit 5-6. It includes bed linen, duvets, blankets, towels, towels, toilet paper. Outdoor lounging for sunbathing but also sleeping.
You will find plates, pots, a gas cooker, but you can also cook on an open fire in the kettle, and on the stove. Or you can go down to the village for lunch. Otherwise, everything you need for everyday life in the countryside can be found here.
Near the cottage there are sheep frolicking in a paddock, which you can not only watch, but also pet, cuddle and do with them what they allow you. On the opposite meadow, cows and their calves graze for some time. From a comfortable armchair on the terrace of the cottage, you can also observe the deer, but they are more likely to come in the morning.
It is for people who need to -get away- from everyday life, who like nature, animals and -godly- peace.

You can drive your own car to the cottage only in dry weather. But included in the price you have a lift and or rental 4x4.
The bus stop is about 700 meters and the train stop is about 1.3 km.
On cold days you can warm up by the wood-burning stove.

The owner kindly welcomed us and explained everything at the cottage. The children were resolutions from the sheep which we could even pet.
We appreciated the possibility of barbecue and also cooked in the cauldron a good goulash.
For the evening we had a fire in the stove and it was nice to chat with the children and listen to the crackling wood. The beds were comfortable and the duvets were lovely and warm.
In the morning we had scrambled eggs on the stove and were back on the porch planning activities.
We definitely recommend

If you are looking for solitude and tranquility, I highly recommend it. Despite the foggy weather, we enjoyed our accommodation, the cabin was pleasantly heated, and the atmosphere was enhanced by the soft light created by small lamps. The cottage had all the equipment we needed, there was wood and water in barrels, so all we had to do was pour the brew into a mug and snuggle into a blanket. I would definitely love to come back, for an escape from the city and all the hustle and bustle the place is perfect. ☺️🐑🌲

We have enjoyed some beautiful autumn days here. We herded sheep, made goodies on the fire and enjoyed the peace and quiet that this place provides.

An amazing place where a person longing for peace and nature does not miss a step. The owners have thought out the details of the accommodation, so that even the absence of electricity and water supply is no discomfort, on the contrary, one can enjoy romantic moments with a fireplace and candles.
