Our land is located a short distance from a stream called Zábořský potok, which ends the water system that begins in Dobčice... tkzv Dobčické rybníčky....
We are at the end of it. After two kilometres the stream flows into the Posměch pond, right next to the Dehtář pond.

Using energy with the help of solar equipment.
It is a so-called.... island,,, 12 Volt. I.e. Lighting and powering the phone and tablet. Charging station also upstairs.
We can lend a 220 volt power station for a deposit.
Usage fee... weekend 500kč, plus petrol. Everything is negotiable.
We don't mind pets.
Capacity 4 people in a large 2 plus 2 bunk beds.
Plus by arrangement additional persons in own tent or in sleeping bag on superstructure.
Always situated and booked for family or a group of friends.
