The cottage is located in the village of Valteřice near Výprachtice in the Orlické Mountains. The cottage is for 4-6 people, there are 2 bedrooms (upstairs), one equipped with a double bed 1 single bed, the other 2 single beds. As a bed can also serve a sofa in the living room or an extra bed.
The cottage is located in a quiet area in the countryside, next to the cottage there is a small stream and a forest.
