In front of the cottage there is a water source, garden solar shower, table and sinks, fireplace with wooden benches, wood, barbecue needles and mobile grill on request, to the side by the ornamental shrubs chemical toilet in a wooden house, between the trees swing - everything you need, and a friendly hostess with information about the historic country estate and its immediate and wider surroundings, which offer plenty of opportunities for excursions and leisure activities, whether this unique place is the destination of a trip from Prague and Kutná Hora or a stopover when continuing on to the Highlands and Moravia. What to bring to Chaloupka: basic camping equipment (if we are just at home, we will be happy to supply everything missing), as well as
sleeping bags or blankets, sleeping pads. (in Chaloupka the fabrics are more decorative - bedspreads and pillows).
Wood for the stove available by arrangement for an extra charge.
In the cottage you will find basic utensils - plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, knife, pot, ladle, cutting board, .., newly also a mini-fridge, as well as a kettle and an electric double boiler.

- Electricity is connected to the cottage (kettle, electric cooker, mini fridge, lighting, etc.).

Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
The access to the cottage is the last approx. 50 on a slightly sloping meadow path. After heavy rains or if there is snow, this road may be less passable.

There are local off-road roads in the area as cycle paths for long rides across the plateau.

Biotope in neighbouring Schořov about 1,5 km on foot, pond Prchal near the settlement, ponds in the surroundings.

If the water used is municipal drinking water, they use it sparingly for washing and showering. If drinking water from a well in the garden is used, potable water is available in a canister. They use their own sleeping bags. They do not use their own chemical toilets on the property, they remove waste and leave the cottage and grounds clean. They pay special attention to the fire in the stove, on the fireplace and electrical appliances.

Beautiful cottage on the outskirts of the village with amazing views. There is absolute privacy and excellent communication with the owner.
An oasis of peace - a cute, cosy log cabin, tiny with a big heart. It stands in a beautiful well-kept garden, overlooking the grazing deer. There is a small but perfectly adequate kitchen, wood-burning stove, barbecue, fireplace. Toilet clean, solar shower. And the owner is very nice ❤️
Staying in this cottage was like returning to a fairy tale - simplicity, peace and the magic of nature in perfect harmony. The smell of wood, the relaxing sitting by the fireplace and the morning coffee on the bench under the trees have an unmistakable charm. A place where you really stop and breathe. 🌿✨
