Land near a cottage in the Jizera Mountains

The land is located in the Jizera Mountains in a quiet mountain village. The gently sloping sunny meadow with a south-western orientation lies under the forest near a classic log cabin and offers peace and beautiful surrounding nature. Directly on the property there is a well with a drinking water tap, a fireplace and a dry toilet. An extension cable with electricity can be arranged by arrangement.
Under the land there are a cycle path and a connection to the Jizera Highway, which will lead you to the center of the Jizera Mountains. Within a few hundred meters there is a local natural swimming pool with play elements for children, a spring water well and a restaurant with weekend operation. There are forests all around, which are full of mushrooms and blueberries in season. The lookout towers Bramberk, Slovanka, Černá studnice, the bobsled track in Janov and the Jablonec dam are just a stone's throw away.
Access to the property is along a road paved with paving stones. The parking space lies directly under the meadow. It is not possible to turn around on the site. In heavy rain the driveway may be more difficult to navigate (it is up a slight hill). The car park is suitable for small and medium sized caravans and motorhomes.
