Landscaped grounds, mowed grass, TOIka available (full of spiders, but that's why at least there are no mosquitoes biting :D), large beer tent in case it rains, cleared fire pit and forest full of firewood available. For us there was nothing to complain about.
Oh, and the farm - the roosters do crow in the morning, but you get used to it pretty quickly. BUT - we've never seen goats so cuddly, pigs too and if you're lucky you can pet the sheep. Lovely animals...
