toilet - An old outdoor toilet with a sump. But flushable. Not luxury, but clean.
drinking water - The water is from the well. We drink it, but I leave it to everyone's discretion. Our neighbor has been drinking it all his life. Hose access.
electricity - Charging your mobile phone or laptop is of course free. We only want to charge extra for the electricity to connect the whole caravan or motorhome.

Chemical toilet - Chemical toilets cannot be poured on the property or into the municipal sewer system. The sewerage system is not terminated with a sewage treatment plant. It can be poured into a cesspool by arrangement.
The property is easy to access even in bad weatherThe house is right next to the main road. The farmhouse is in the shape of the letter "L" and the main road separates the building from the quiet land. The property is accessed directly from the road. Unfortunately, the driveway is quite steep and narrow and a caravan, especially if it is longer, may scrape against the tarmac road. I recommend driving in the direction of Vysoké Mýto, where the road from which you turn onto the property is uphill. Caravans: tested on Renault Etrusco with dimensions length: 682 cm. width: 214 cm. A wider one would have problems, a longer one would choke. Passenger cars no problem.
cycling
Vraclav itself sticks out from the north above the Polabská plain on a rather steep hill. After crossing it, however, you can spend tens of kilometres southwards on flat terrain with beautiful views. The plain is bordered by the villages of Pěšice (PP Kusá hora), Střemošice (Střemošická stráň), Libecina and Brtečí.

About 30 minutes by car is Toulovcovy maštale - picturesque sandstone rocks in pine forests.

In Vysoké Mýto there is a nice natural swimming pool with a water slide, a slide and a 3m ski jump.
activities for kids
On the property we have a children's kitchen, a sandpit, old tin crates and various toys. There is a great playground in the village.
hiking
Vraclav is a beautiful historical village with the valley of St. Nicholas under the extinct hillfort and the baroque area of the former spa. Hurychův dolec leading to the neighbouring village is also worth a walk. You can also walk to the historic towns of Vysoké Mýto and Luž.
For true lovers of walking, there are many hidden paths, natural monuments, castles and chateaus in the area. But we won't spoil the joy of discovering. You can ask us. :-)
