Large grassy yard at the family house with a small farmhouse #5840

We offer for rent an area of grassy yard in the village of Mělnické Vtelno. The yard is protected on 3 sides by a barn, a house and a brick wall, on the 4th side it is adjacent to the school garden. All this guarantees great peace especially in the afternoon and night hours. In the morning you will usually be alone on the property as we are usually at work. In the afternoons, on the other hand, we will be happy to introduce you to the adjoining areas used for growing vegetables, flowers, herbs and fruit, as well as for beekeeping, for example. On our farm, you can see the life of the runner ducks, who help us in our never-ending battle with the voracious slugs, the Quessant sheep, who save us from having to mow the adjacent orchard, and the Chinese quail, whose eggs we can share with you if you wish, as well as honey, herb baskets, dried herbs and more. Our "family members" also include a dachshund, Justine, and 3 cats.
On arrival we must let you onto the property, departure is possible by arrangement without our presence.
In the village there is a brewery Neumann with great own beer and great cuisine (https://www.pivovar-neumann.cz), grocery open 7 days a week, on the main road I/16 there is a gas station directly from the village, you can also sit in our cultural center Kostel, where you can enjoy coffee, ice cream or dessert in a pleasant environment and your children can play in the meantime https://kckostel.melnickevtelno.cz/.
