A little pricey, but well worth it for the location and privacy. Beautiful place with easy access to the city and a sense of well being at the same time.
Nice garden, a place to pitch a tent just fine, not an absolute plain, but we didn't expect that and didn't travel anywhere. It was mowed, the children ate raspberries:) The owners set up drinking water and electricity, which was great! Worse is the access to the top of the property, when it rained, the road gets muddy and there is nothing to catch. Steps and/or railings would be useful. We were surprised by two treacherous spots on the driveway to the cottage where we clipped the undercarriage. You either have to have a higher chassis than the Touran or drive just past the property to the off-track parking area. We parked on the extension just fine. Neighbours were still parking their SUVs there. It was quiet during our stay there. We would happily visit again next time!

The drive to the property is a bit of a challange, but it is possible. You don't feel like you're 5 minutes drive from the centre of Brno, but rather on the edge of civilisation. Super adventurous, definitely worth a visit.
