Guests will have at their disposal a six-meter yurt (equipped with 4 sleeping beds, table, chairs and mini kitchen), a covered pergola, teepee, dry toilet, garden shower. The orchard is partially fenced with children's play elements, sandpit, fireplace.
On the border of the orchard there is a tap with drinking water.
It is possible to pitch a tent or use a teepee on the property (own mattress and sleeping bag required).
The village Doubravice nad Svitavou is on the train line Prague - Brno. In the village there are groceries, post office, mixed goods. (Swimming is possible in Újezd u Boskovic, Černá Hora, Boskovice, Blansko. There are also several natural ponds or a river in the more distant surroundings.)

Greywater (shower, washing)
- It is not possible to drive a caravan or motorhome into the orchard. Cars can be parked on the paved area in front of the orchard.
By agreement, grey water can be poured on the property (only if using eco products).
Chemical toilet
- It is not possible to pour a chemical toilet on the property.
Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
The access road, except for the last 40 metres, runs along an asphalt road, which is also used by a garbage truck. On the last 40 metres the asphalt is replaced by gravel, the width of the road remains the same. The road goes steeply uphill. In front of the gate to the property there is a paved (gravel) parking area for 4 cars. It is not possible to enter the property by car. The plot can be approached from the other side - from the top through the forest. The road is about 800 meters long, it is all gravel, the width for a car is sufficient. In case of prolonged rain or frost, the road slides and potholes can form. Directions. In the village, cross the bridge over the brook and turn left after it. Go upstream, the stream will be on your left. There is also a red hiking trail leading this way. The main tarmac road will turn right uphill after you reach the top of the hill. At the fork in the trail (see photo), go left up a long steep hill amongst the greenery. There is a house where the tarmac road ends and the gravel begins. Please do not park in front of its gate. Drive 40 metres uphill on the gravel. On your right you will see a gate to the property and a paved parking area.

Since the space is used as a forest nursery during the school year, some of the equipment (toilets, outdoor tables) has a child's height.
The orchard area is fenced on one side and bordered by bushes and a slope on the other side.
In order to maintain good neighbourly relations, guests need to observe the night-time quiet. For the same reasons, we prefer small groups of guests.

Bezvadné místo pro prázdniny s dětmi. Děti si skvěle užijí pozemek, který je víceméně oplocený. Jurta a její okolí je naprosto ideálně zařízené pro děti včetně hraček, po ruce je i vše potřebné, voda, elektřina, je možnost udělat si oheň. Z podstaty tohoto obydlí je však přes letní horký den jurta neobyvatelná (v noci ok), ale lze sedět venku. Ubytování se nám líbilo a shodli jsme se, že bychom rádi přijeli znovu.
Perfect place for holidays with children. Children will have a great time on the land, which is more or less fenced. The yurt and its surroundings are absolutely ideally furnished for children, including toys, everything you need is at hand, water, electricity, it is possible to make a fire. However, by the nature of this dwelling, the yurt is uninhabitable on a hot summer day (ok at night) but you can sit outside. We liked the accommodation and agreed that we would like to come again.

Awesome plot! Especially the kids really enjoyed it, thanks to the swings, sandpit and all the equipment adapted for their height.
Two such minor flaws (but nothing that would detract from the experience).
- Most of the site is on a gentle slope, so you'll be hard pressed to find a flat patch for your own tents.
- At night you can hear the trains going by quite a bit. Even though the tracks are relatively far away, the site is on a hill and you could hear the jingle of the door opening :)
For families with children ideal experiential accommodation. My little one (2 years old) was happy, we saw a deer in the morning. We recommend to put the food above, after all ants get into the yurt like anything. Great communication with the owners.
