Very secluded, huge lot, total privacy. Huge amount of level spots to pitch even a larger tent, a covered seating area is rarely seen 🙏😉 Access a bit on a dirt road, but totally fine with a regular van. Wonderful views and most importantly peace. Great owner, excellent communication, nothing was a problem. I didn't use the motocross track, but as a diversion for kids on bikes it would be perfect. I highly recommend it, would love to come back 🤗🤗
