Nice, well-kept plot on the edge of the village. Exactly matches the description and photos. Despite not being "secluded by the woods" there was complete peace and privacy on the property. The surrounding houses are quite a distance away and the property is also bordered by a barn, a cottage and log cabins, so you can hardly see it from the surrounding area. The communication with the owner was also excellent, as he offered us beer from his own stock and tomatoes from his garden :-)
For hikers and cyclists there are many places to go in the area. We visited the Kozinec lookout tower, the windmill in Borovnice and the castles of Pecka and Kumburk. Unfortunately the minus is the access to the property. The driveway is already quite narrow, and lined with stones on the right side, and you have to turn left between the trees onto an even narrower road directly to the property. With an 11m long car and caravan set-up, it is impossible to turn around and large caravans will have a similar problem. Anyone with a moover for a caravan could probably unhook, drive the car and 'moover the turn'. We don't have one, but we solved it by driving around the property up the meadow and pulling into a designated spot on the other side from the official entrance. But it's just that the meadow was mown, it was dry and we have a 4x4. Otherwise, it wouldn't have even been that way. I'm sure the cars and vans will get through without any problems.

Beautiful place next to the barn, tucked away from the city in a private 😊 On the property a clean kadibudka, a pump with utility water, drinking water from the owners... A couple of hens kept me company 🤭 And the owners very friendly, although I didn't meet them in person 🙏
