Cottage Muflonka - in the quiet of the forest

Relax in the peace of the forest, the birds chirping, the sound of the wind... If you are lucky, you will see and hear a large herd of mouflon, living for several years in the woods right next to the cottage.
The wooden cottage is located at the end of Náchod, at the very border with Poland.
The cottage stands on the edge of the forest, where you will wake up to silence, birds singing and the sounds of nature. An ideal place to relax, recharge your batteries, take a break from the hustle and bustle, but at the same time only 4 km to the city centre. The cottage can be reached by car on a paved forest road, you can park about 50 meters from the cottage. Currently, the cottage can accommodate 6 people, experienced and much more if you would be interested we are open to it, possibly therefore on arrangement.
The cottage is on two floors, on the ground floor there is a kitchen including utensils, a stove that can be used for heating and preparing simple food/drink. Sugar, salt, spices, tea and coffee available. There is also a raised seating area, a bench, a solid table and 4 chairs. Swing.
If you climb the wooden stairs one floor up, you will find yourself in the bedroom where up to 6 beds are available. For creative, inquisitive and playful souls - books, board games, colouring books, light cards, aroma lamp, scented sticks.
The cottage is supplied with domestic water. Drinking water is imported in barrels. About 100m from the cottage flows Bavorův brook.
❌️❄️ With the first frosts we turn off the drinking water and will only be drinking in barrels / pet bottles.
The dry toilet is located outside, close to the cottage.
Outside there is also a barbecue and seating area.
Suitable for both families and a group of friends, we have no problem with your pets either.
Not far from the cottage there is a marked hiking trail leading to the Polish border, from where you can continue to Dobrošov or Český Čermná, or if you go towards the city, you will arrive in Bělovse, a part of Náchod, which is famous for its spa and drinking water springs. In general, trips around the area can keep you busy for several days, unless you just want to relax in the countryside, for which this place is also ideal. :)
There is dry wood, electricity only in the form of led lighting. Not fenced.
We would like the cottage to remain in the same condition after your departure as it was when you arrived. :)

For your safety and enjoyment, I would like to stornovat❌️ your stay with the possibility of arranging a date change/refund. All with prior arrangement. The cottage is located at the beginning of the forest and if the forecast of Very strong, gusty winds there is a possibility of falling branches, unfortunately also old trees. Although the trees around the cottage are under surveillance, you never know.

The creek is a safe distance from the cottage, the cottage does not overflow, so you will be dry!

The road leading to the cottage is used and passable in winter, parking is allowed down at the designated parking area, drive to the cottage only at your own discretion. If snow falls, please wear suitable footwear, we cannot shovel snow.
