The garden is located in a quiet place in a small village near Nové Město na Moravě. We offer only one site, so you will always be alone in the garden.

We don't have the best Canadian turf, but we do offer complete privacy, peace and the surrounding nature of the Highlands Protected Landscape Area.
There is 1000m2 of garden which is fenced and suitable for dog walkers.

The garden is slightly sloping, but there is plenty of level area at the top and bottom for camping.

The garden is locked with a code number lock. I will send this code in a message after booking.

!!! IMPORTANT: Caravans longer than 6 metres have problems turning into the gate. It depends of course on the weather and the skill of the driver. However, a caravan 7,5 meters long has already passed =o).

The garden can be reached via a ford of a small stream, which is always very passable. The ford has been recently maintained and is regularly used by the residents of the two neighbouring cottages. It is easy to cross even after spring rains.

Camping absolutely great. In the lower part space for two tents or one big one, upstairs also a possibility. In the morning it is shady downstairs and damp from the water, it is necessary to dry the tent upstairs in the morning. If we go camping in this direction again, we will definitely come back.

The place absolutely lived up to expectations. Drinking water, dry toilet, fireplace, a piece of flat ground for a car or tent... what more does one need? Absolute privacy, quiet, the kids were happy, so was I. We stayed one night on a multi-day trip. With a medium L2 van, I think it's just enough to get through the gate to the property with a bigger car I'd probably be sweating by now. But that's what the owner says in the description, so OK. It's also true that if you sleep at the top of the property, there is very bright lighting all night from the street, so turn the tent down or the car around so you don't get any light...which I did and cool. I definitely recommend the place, if we go back around again I'll be happy to use it again.
