Accommodation in a small house on the hill Mšeno #5969

In operation again from mid-March 2025.

Accommodation in a hilltop cottage.
It is an older house but offers everything you need for your holiday. It is fully equipped with its own enclosed garden and dogs are welcome.

The house is equipped with a wood stove, a trip to Mšeno can be planned even on cold spring days.

FACILITIES
In the house there is a larger room where there is sleeping for up to 5 people.

A double bed, a sofa bed for two people and a sofa bed for one person.
There is also a table with chairs, a wardrobe, a stove and a TV (don't look for Netflix, only a few channels work).

The next room is the hallway, bathroom and kitchen.

The bathroom is small, there is a shower (in which you can not stand up, you can only take a shower sitting down, watch out for this, so you are not surprised) and a toilet.

The kitchen is equipped with crockery, electric double boiler, kettle, microwave fridge and freezer and also basic cooking utensils (oil, salt, pepper, spices).

The house has a nice garden which is enclosed on all sides, there is privacy and no visibility from the neighbours. The garden is fenced and dogs are welcome.
The garden ( backyard) has outdoor seating, a rocking chair and a charcoal grill. Charcoal and small wood for the grill available.

This is an old house that was used as a summer cottage. The house is due for a major renovation in the future.
For the time being no one lives in the house so we decided to offer it for rent.

Please note that the equipment and the house is old, but everything is clean and functional. Hot water, electricity and a flush toilet are available.

Bedding, towels, toiletries, soap, basic condiments, coffee and tea are all provided.

The house has a super location, it is a 5 minute walk to the Mšensko swimming pool, a 4 minute walk to the town centre and a 13 minute walk to the train station.
The house is located in the middle of the town, so there are neighbors nearby, so expect the occasional dog barking, car driving by at night, etc.

From Prague it is about 55 minutes to us (from Letňany). Good bus and on weekends and holidays also train connection.

Celebrations, parties and noisy speeches are forbidden!

The house is ideally located for a holiday in the Kokořín region, suitable for families with children and dogs.

If you want to go back and reminisce about the times when you used to go to your grandparents for holidays in the village, or you are just passing by and want to stay overnight or want to come to Kokořínsko for a holiday, I think our house is ideal and we will look forward to your visit. :)
