On the property there are two kadibudka, a place with a fireplace, ready firewood. Grass mowed. I like to camp wild without crowds, and this place fits the bill. Only the road to Melnik is audible. In the morning, the horses behind the fence will wish you a good day.

Nice place, the pine trees provided nice shade in the hot days. The only blemish on the beauty is the busy road next to the property. Swimming in nearby Konetopi was great.

The place was nice, the owner very pleasant. However, the cabins looked like they hadn't been used for a long time and the noise from the road was audible all night thanks to passing trucks, which may bother some people. Otherwise we liked it here.

Well groomed meadow next to a horse ranch. Plenty of space with a few trees around and two toilets. Upper part continues into a light forrest with a road next to it which can be used for hiking. I could not find a fire pit or grill mentioned in the listing. Also nearby road is pretty busy with loud cars (I was there on Sunday maybe on weekdays traffic is lighter). Nearby there are a few lakes with water sports and swimming available. Overall, decent place if you don't mind hearing cars, and especially for families.
