The cottage is not connected to the mains, meaning there is no running hot water inside. There is electricity, but from a solar panel. There are USB sockets and overhead lighting.
This is a house that we have equipped and adapted for 4 people.
The size of the cottage is approx 5m x 2.2m therefore it is a mini cottage, this should be noted.
Inside there is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, mini fridge, utensils and basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt etc... coffee and tea also available. Drinking water and water for washing dishes will be prepared and is delivered in barrels. I will replenish water for longer stays.
There is also sleeping for four people inside. Sleeping for two on a double bed with a view of the forest from the large window, sleeping for one on a bunk bed ( more suitable for children or smaller people) and for the fourth person there is a folding mattress on the floor.
The table seating is by the large window overlooking the fields and meadow.
The wood burning stove is included in the cottage, so a stay is possible all year round. The stove heats the house beautifully in a moment (depending on the outside temperature).
Other amenities - books, games, lantern, towels, curtains. There is a mosquito net in the opening window.
GARDEN
The whole property is fenced and we are happy to welcome dogs up to 10kg. Please note, small breeds like Chihuahua can get through the fence!
The garden has a fire pit and seating around the fire pit, picnic bench, barbecue, hammock, solar lighting, toilet and outdoor shower.
Firewood for the fireplace and fire pit, a grill tripod with grate and a roasting fork are available.

Toilet is dry, separating. Toiletries available.

WINTER - the property can be reached by car, but if it rains a lot the road will get muddy, this means that the car can be dirty with mud. In this case, you can park at the bottom of the hill and walk 150m up it. When snow falls, it can be a problem for non-4x4 cars to drive up the hill. It hasn't happened yet. If the access to the cottage is impaired, I will inform in the report on the day of arrival.
I recommend packing slippers.
