I'm a little embarrassed about the place, unfortunately. Theoretically a great spot, but... The area has been recently cleared of brush and thickets, leaving stumps and remnants of bushes. So you can only really camp on wooden platforms, which is not for every tent, you can't stick pegs in. During our stay the site would have welcomed a visit from a bushman, everything is turning again, tall grass, bushes with thorns, nettles. One of the platforms is so unusable it is starting to overgrow with nettles and thorns. A passage leads through the thicket to the property from the road. We couldn't use this with the buggy and it wasn't even ok for an adult. And we were put off at first by some forgotten rubbish. We had to walk across a plowed field, which was not great the next day after the rain. I understand the idea of offering the site as a no-camping site, but unfortunately it was not kid-friendly for me. However, the view was beautiful, plenty of firewood. Cadybudka also fine, although I would recommend digging a deeper hole underneath it, a bit shallow, so you don't have toilet paper flying around in a while... But fingers crossed, with a bit of care it can be a great place for adventurers who like to be out of civilization.

Nice place, just a few things that could be tweaked. For example, we would welcome the information that due to the construction of the sewerage system, it is currently impossible to come from Sedlec on the red tourist road (no entry, excavation across the entire width of the road surrounded by fences) and it is necessary to go around the other way (which is not quite easy for everyone on the dirt roads). The coordinates we received do not point to the property or the driveway but to the fenced orchard. Moreover, at a crossroads - it is not so clear which direction and how far to look for the plot. It would probably be good to clarify this, if someone arrived after dark they might not even find it. The land has been created by clearing dense scrub, so it is a rather prickly stubble throughout, which tends to re-grow. You couldn't possibly pitch a tent or lie directly on the ground, so wooden pads are very fine. The sleeping area had to be weeded out of the growing briars first and we had to trample our way through nettles to get to the table, but otherwise we appreciated the facilities and found them very useful. We also made use of the fire pit. You can't see the castle from the property, but the hills opposite are nice too. What caught me a bit off guard was the constant noise around. From the nearby road there is often a noise, although in the middle of the fields - cars, motorbikes, ATVs are driving around, the property a bit lower was lively until late evening and then again from early morning, from the other side there was music long into the night. Such a secluded place, you feel like you are at the end of the world even through the more complicated access, and yet there was someone around all the time, we didn't enjoy much peace at all. But these are just such observations, no major problem occurred and overall I rate this place positively, even considering the moderate price.
