Cottage at Sychrov Chateau with garden 2400 m²

Accommodation for campers who prefer a place that has its genius loci, a great tourist location with views of the countryside and a lot of space. For those who like peace and quiet, who can be frugal and don't mind the lack of civilization.

Although there is no electricity, lighting is provided by solar lighting and there is a solar charger for charging small electronics (list of what you can count on broken down below). Water for showering and washing dishes is from a hose (i.e. no heating). But the big advantage is the extra-large (120 x 20 m!!!), fenced, regularly mowed plot that you have to yourself. There is no other place without a camping and not even the owner's house, you will thus have plenty of privacy. The plot is also safe for smaller children. The castle park (which I recommend visiting) is only 150m as the crow flies to the north and only about 300m to the entrance. But I believe you will also be delighted by the wider surroundings of the castle. There is a lot to explore here.

Even though you are a short distance from one of the most visited sights in the Lib. region, it is usually quiet, no disturbing light or noise at night. In front of you (to the south) is just a large field surrounded by forests and in front of you beautiful views of Všeň, Vyskeř, Kozlov, Příhrazské skály, Mužský hill (direction of the view to the Bohemian Paradise Protected Landscape Area).

It is not a secluded area, so it is absolutely necessary not to disturb other (possible) neighbors who come here (usually for the weekend) to rest from civilization. People here just like the peace and quiet. If you love (like many people today) noise, shouting or loud music this is not the place for you.

TOURIST OPTIONS:
The place is very suitable as a starting point and a base for exploring the beauty of the Bohemian Paradise and the Jizera Mountains, the Lusatian Mountains and the western part of the Giant Mountains are also very accessible. It is not disturbed by civilization, but it is easily accessible if necessary (Turnov 6 km, Jablonec n. N. and Liberec about 15 km). The connection to the R35 Liberec - Turnov expressway is only 2 km away. Sychrov railway station for train trips approx. 2 km.

DESCRIPTION OF THE COTTAGE:
The cottage was built from a unimobile, the inner part has dimensions of 3 x 6 m, the covered terrace with seating is about 2 x 6 m, in the rear part of the same size there is firewood for you. The basic insulation, the character of the shell and the "A" roofing eliminate temperature differences during the day. It is not uncomfortably hot during the day and not cold at night. However, the cottage is not suitable for winter living - there is no heating.

SLEEPING - CAPACITY:
Sleeping is possible on a large single bed 2.95 x 2 m (3 x mattress).
120 90 90), which can comfortably sleep 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (i.e. the capacity of the cottage). You must bring your own bedding or sleeping bags!!!! It is also possible to unroll your sleeping bag on the terrace (wipes down - it is clean) - mattress available. It is also possible to put up a tent (tents) on the property, e.g. for children if they want to sleep more adventurously outside and not inside (parents also need a moment of peace), Ideally the tent should be placed at the bottom of the garden i.e. anywhere under the cottage to the south).

COOKING:
For cooking a gas cooker (two burner stove) with a 2kg back-up bomb. Basic cookware is provided. For washing up an outside stainless steel sink with drainer or 2 x plastic lavor, washing up liquid can be found in the kitchen. Salt, sugar, coffee, tea if you forget to take it with you are also available.

PARKING:
Parking is required on the property behind the mature hedge near the gate. You can park anything, car, trailer, motorhome. There is plenty of space. But please respect this space and do not drive your car up to the cottage (the ground will soften as it rains longer).

LIGHTING AND CHARGING:
- 2 X solar lamp (IMMAX BONITO) 4W - must be left outside during the day to charge (on the tile between the tank and the bench), or charge via USB-C
- solar charger 28W for 2x USB max 4A 2pcs USB-C cables and 1x USB micro cable
- LED torch/lamp PARKSIDE- rechargeable with light control and charge control (for trips to the toilet, fire, etc.)
- 1x regular headlamp (3 AAA) -replacement battery in stock
- 1x ordinary. flashlight (3 AAA) -replacement batteries in stock
- 2x solar chain on the terrace - lanterns (pleasant, non-disturbing light) - switch on automatically in the dark
- 1 x solar wall lamp between the benches - switches on automatically in the dark (can be switched off - must be removed, there is a switch at the back)
- one light at the entrance (non-distracting orientation light - cannot be switched off)

PES:
One dog is allowed, but must not go to bed under any circumstances. It must not be left alone on the property. Primarily it is important to me that the place is child friendly and the no-camping code is followed and this is contrary to the absolute freedom of dogs. Hair/ excrement/ howling/ barking needs to be moderated when the dog is present.
