ROUTE DESCRIPTION:
Oslavany Castle (museum of mining and energy, a life-size model of a mine), Zbýšov, technical monument of the mining tower of the Simson mine, around the Jindřich mine (at the time of mining the deepest mine in Central Europe), Babice, around the Ferdinand mine to Zastávka (here used to be the Julius mine). The trail then continues to the Mariánské valley where the Okrouhlík mine was, through the valley of the Chroustovský brook to Říčky, past the natural swimming pool "Bahňák" pond through Javurek, - Domašov - Rudka - Litostrov, past the ski lift to Zbraslav, over the two hills in Poříbrami, through the serpentines to Vysoké Popovice, through the forest to Lukovany, along the dirt road to Ketkovice (starting point for hikes to the Oslava and Chvojnice Nature Park) and from Ketkovice return through the forest to Oslavany. From Javůrek it is possible to continue along another marked cycle path through Hvozdec to Veverská Bitýška (the starting point of the Brno people around the dam on the Svratka and Bílý potok) - upstream of the Bílý potok Šmelcovna (once part of the Rosický revír, iron ore smelting furnace) - Javůrek. The length of the big circuit with a detour to the White Stream is 78 km.
