The property is easy to access even in bad weatherAccess from the asphalt road, in the garden the back part is very wet in big rains.

In the vicinity is Singltrek Nové Město pod Smrkem, in Görlitz there is an 18km long flat road around the lake. There are other beautiful paths right near us in the forest and the Jizera Mountains - or Bedřichov.

Within 30km there is a ski slope on Jested and on the other side in Swieradowo Zdroj in Poland

Raspenava swimming pool, Nové Město pod Smrkem or the amazing clear lake Berzdorfer see or Olbersdorfer see on the German side.

On the property there is a sandpit, children's bouncers and a slide. There is a playground just above the property by the lookout tower.

Above the town there is a skating trail about 3km away from the property. Within 35km there is a large lake in Germany with a trail about 13km long.

There is a possibility of agrotourism in the Černousy Chateau Court about 15km from the property

V hotelu Antonie ve Frydlantě, nebo úžasné wellness v Polském hotelu Malinowy Dwor hned na hranicich.
Please respect NOT feeding the horses if you want to use the terrace and barbecue - it is possible, but please make arrangements - our private.
