Rest in the peace of the forest, the singing of birds, the sound of the wind...
The brick cottage is located in the village of Polom, near the border with Poland, between Sedloňov v Orlických horách and Olešnicí v Orlických horách.
The cottage stands on the edge of a meadow, where you will wake up to silence, birds singing and the sounds of nature. It is an ideal place to relax, recharge your batteries, take a break from the hustle and bustle, but at the same time only 2km to Olesnice and Sedloňov and 300 metres from the ski lift. The chalet can be reached by car and parked right next to it. The bus stop is a short walk from the chalet. Currently there is in the possibility of accommodation for 4 people, but experienced and much more, if you would be interested we are open to it, possibly therefore on arrangement.
The cottage is on two floors, on the ground floor there is a kitchen including crockery, electric oven and a two burner stove which can be used for heating and preparing simple food/drink. Sugar, salt, spices, tea and coffee machine with free coffee available. Also seating, bench, massive table and chairs.
Upstairs you will find empty for now, but over time we want to expand with additional sleeping space.
There is a well next to the cottage and at the moment we are sorting out a pump and waterworks. Drinking water is also in the cottage in case of impossibility to take from the well. The chemical toilet is located inside in the bathroom.
Suitable for a one night stay or a group of friends. We have no problem with your pets either.
There is a cross-country ski trail a short distance from the cottage, which connects to the main trail. In general, trips around the area can keep you busy for several days, unless you come just to relax in the countryside, for which this place is also ideal. :)
There is dry wood, electricity, bottled water, chemical toilet. Not fenced.
We would like the cottage to remain in the same condition after your departure as it was when you arrived. :)

The cottage is right next to a local asphalt road, but parking is required next to the cottage. If there is a lot of snow, the honored visitor must dig out a parking space for their car, but we will try to have a space ready. Alternatively, the bus stop is right outside the chalet.

The cottage is in a great location, but so far more for punks :-) I hope that the price corresponds to it. Maximum 4 people. (two beds two sleeping on a sofa bed. Over 4 people you need to make arrangements - there is space, but no beds :-D

For me and my friend the best relaxing stay so far in a nice and quiet place.
Everything written about the property is 100% valid from our side.
However, the attitude and service from the landlord made us very positive, we consider such helpfulness to be above standard.
An obvious effort to gradually improve the experience for future campers.
The stove was ready and all we had to do was light it, there was even something to welcome us.
It immediately lifts your spirits and you slowly start to recharge for the next day on such a stay.
The surroundings and the possibilities of the chalet in a very good strategic location within the Eagle Mountains.
A classic chalet that provides you with overnight accommodation, warmth, dryness, seating, light and comfort.
I haven't experienced such a calming mood of the surroundings for a long time, just peace.
Outside just enough trees around to provide both privacy and shade.
Very good location, a couple of properties nearby that are reasonably scattered in the village of Polom.

Nice place, we were probably the first tenants. A simple cottage with a large room with a stove and one kitchen and one sleeping alcove, from the entrance hallway entrance to the pantry with a chemical toilet. The furnishings are accurately described in the description, don't expect anything extra. The surroundings are beautiful, one could stay here much longer than a few days and whether it be shorter walks, longer hikes or some other form of hiking, there would still be plenty to discover. The welcome treat was a pleasure.
