What are the cancellation fees for renting a caravan or motorhome?

We understand that life brings many unexpected situations and plans don't always succeed. Unfortunately, if the rental is cancelled at the last minute, the owner of the vehicle will incur a loss in the event of a full refund as they won't be able to find another person interested in renting the vehicle at the last minute. To be fair, it is thus necessary to take into account that it's not possible to cancel the rental at the last minute. The cancellation policy is as follows:

• In case of cancellation at least 30 days in advance, all funds are refunded
• In case of cancellation 15-29 days before the start of the rental, a 50% cancellation fee is charged
• If cancelled less than 15 days in advance, a 100% cancellation fee is charged (unless otherwise agreed with the vehicle owner)
