How do you pay for a car rental?
Payment for the rental is mediated by the verified Campu.eu service, so you don't have to worry about any fraud. The payment itself is made online by bank transfer, so all transactions are safe and traceable. Payment is made as follows:
- In case of making a reservation more than 40 days in advance, a deposit of 30% is first paid, the rest must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the rental. You will receive a detailed information email about both payments on time
- If the reservation is made less than 40 days before the start of the rental, the full amount of the rental is paid
- If you cancel the reservation earlier than 30 days before the start of the reservation, we will refund all the funds paid, otherwise the cancellation policy will apply
- When handing over the car, a refundable deposit is paid in cash (or as agreed with the owner) to cover any damage to the vehicle. The amount of the deposit varies and is indicated for each vehicle
