Your earnings will also be affected by the season, weather, holidays, weekends, etc. It's ideal if there are some activities near your property for your clients (cycling, hiking, castles, skiing, swimming, activities for kids, etc.). Try to be friendly and helpful to your clients. They will repay you with their satisfaction, longer stays, they will come back and recommend you to their friends.
